because they’re wonderful. and before you attempt hate or anything of the sort on my choice in wearing one now and then, decorative bindis are also worn throughout India, Sri Lanka and a tonne more places in South Asia as pure decoration/jewelry. Obviously in some places they’re still worn for significance, and I’m sure some people wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing one because of that… but I’m personally okay with it, so I’ll continue as I please :)
